Terry has over 30 years of diverse experience, including 26 years in engineering and environmental consulting prior to joining EARTHRES. Terry is a licensed professional engineer in six states with a Master of Science degree in Mining Engineering. He serves on the Pennsylvania Coal Association Board, Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association Board, and as the Pennsylvania Mining Professionals liaison to other state associations. He has authored and presented numerous professional papers.
Specializing in engineering and environmental compliance, Terry has managed and successfully completed a variety of projects related to the planning, design, permitting, construction, operation, and environmental compliance of mining, industrial, and commercial facilities. At EARTHRES, Terry uses his expertise to successfully lead the engineering team and project management process across all sectors.
