Jennifer is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of professional experience in the environmental consulting field. This experience includes working with a broad range of private and federal clients handling multi-media environmental compliance and audits, regulatory agency negotiation, water quality and solid waste permitting, development and implementation of environmental emergency response plans, site investigations, wastewater treatment plant assessment and design, and storage tank compliance.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, minoring in Environmental Engineering, from The Pennsylvania State University, and was awarded the Louis Berger Visions and Values President’s Award for contributions to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Temporary Power Mission Project in Puerto Rico and the USVI.
