Blaine has experience in commercial and industrial structural design including design of structural steel, concrete, foundations and retaining walls. Blaine has extensive experience in field inspection, construction administrations, and project management.
Blaine is a licensed engineer in several states and holds a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
