Scott has over 32 years of diversified management experience in successfully completing environmental site investigations, remedial actions, brownfield cleanup and reuse, and landfill permitting and compliance, site investigations, and remedial actions.
His responsibilities at EARTHRES include the supervision of field sampling personnel; supervision and planning for environmental investigations and remedial activities; the review of geologic, hydrogeologic, soil, air and chemical data; contract coordination; and the development of work plans for subsurface and hydrogeological investigations. Scott is a licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania.
