With over 39 years of experience in environmental engineering, Tom is the engineer of record for over 50 drinking water facilities, wastewater treatment plants and material processing facilities. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple states, is PCQI certified and is a host municipality inspector. Responsible for facility design and permitting, environmental assessments, contingency plan preparation and compliance strategies, Tom works closely with our industrial clients to reduce costs, divert and reuse waste materials and develop environmentally sustainable practices.
Tom’s experience provides substantial and intimate knowledge of NPDES, RCRA, Clean Water, Clean Streams, Solid Waste, Safe Drinking Water and many other regulatory programs. Tom has a Master’s Degree in Water Resources Engineering from Villanova University.
