Industrial Sector Leader Elected to the Lehigh Valley PIX Board

EARTHRES is pleased to announce that Thomas G. Pullar, P.E., Senior Project Manager/Industrial Sector Leader has been elected to the Lehigh Valley PIX Board (Pretreatment Information Exchange).

Upon his confirmation, Tom stated, “I am honored to be elected to the Lehigh Valley PIX Board and help continue the great service they provide to our region’s municipalities, businesses, and environment.  I look forward to helping this long-standing association serving Lehigh Valley businesses to ramp up their online presence, restart their annual conference, and continue with their growth plans for the future.”

With over 40 years of experience in environmental engineering, Tom is the engineer-of-record for over 50 drinking water facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and material processing facilities. Holding a Master’s Degree in Water Resources Engineering from Villanova University, he is licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple states, is PCQI-certified, and is a host municipality inspector. Responsible for facility design and permitting, environmental assessments, contingency plan preparation, and compliance strategies, he works closely with many of our industrial clients to reduce costs, divert and reuse waste materials, and develop environmentally sustainable practices. His experience provides substantial and intimate knowledge of NPDES, RCRA, Clean Water, Clean Streams, Solid Waste, Safe Drinking Water, and many other regulatory programs.
