Louis F. Vittorio, Jr., PG, Elected to IBWA Board of Directors

At the recent IBWA Annual Business Conference and Tradeshow, EarthRes Vice President and Principal Hydrogeologist, Louis F. Vittorio, Jr., P.G., previous member of the IBWA Education Committee, and interim Board member for 2016 and 2017 was elected to a serve on the IBWA Board of Directors (International Bottled Water Association).   This is a three-year appointment that will run through 2020.

An industry veteran with over 32 years experience in hydrology targeted at groundwater resource assessments and authority on water resource management, Lou is looking forward to continuing to work on the IBWA Board of Directors to help educate business and consumers on bottled water sourcing, best practices, and water resource sustainability.  States Lou, “There is a lot of misinformation in the media on bottled water and management of water resources.  I look forward to being on the board to continue to educate business and consumers on the issues.”  For more information on IBWA mission and initiatives visit their website at www.bottledwater.com.
